A start up project was developed for company of postal delivery into USA. It was necessary to choose the most acceptable jurisdiction, including tax regime for doing business with consumers and US companies.
Decision
Several legal mechanisms have been proposed to do business by, including company formation in Belize, London, British Virgin Islands, Hong-Kong.
The return of property of leasing company
Presentation of interests of American leasing company in court and of enforcement stage in the case of confiscation from "Imushestvennij complex" LLC, from "Assosiasia po snosy zdanij" LLC of building equipment of Caterpilar.
The return of property of leasing company
By desicion of commercial court of Moscow, for non-fulfilment of duties to pay under leasing contracts, lessee was obliged to return leased property. Enforcement order was not complied with by free will of defendant.
Decision
Search, arrest and confiscation of building equipment of Сaterpillar from illegal possession of debtor, "Imushestvennij complex" LLC, from "Assosiasia po snosy zdanij". 
As a resultat of coordinated actions of search, safeguarding and confiscation, 9 items of special building equiment were returned: buldosers, excavators, loaders, destroyers.

Legal support of building and construction of fishing trawler
A company participating in fishing industry of Far East for building and construction of fishing trawler in accordance with ready design project has chosen Gdansk shipyard. The Buyer had asked us for legal analysis and corrections of standard draft of shipbuilding contract with protection of interests of the buyer.
Decision
Terms of the contract were made correspondent to mechanism of financing of the project. Organizational and financial risks which were present in the contract were excluded. As a result, a conceptually new version of contract was prepared and signed by shipowners. Expected date of delivery of the vessel – fall 2013.
