On the results of training by "Inmarine"

Members of maritime business, who have sent their employees to study the legal aspects of activity, showed a significant reduction in losses and violations of the results of their work after training.

According to a survey of top managers and data reporting of companies, employees who participated in lawyer's training of  "Inmarine" improved  activities of the company they work for, both in terms of internal discipline and efficiency (drafted regulations, check lists and procedures), and in its relations with contractors: decreased number of errors in the preparation of contracts, the choice of contractors, decreased the number of debts.

Employees trained in "Inmarine" received and learned a significant amount of practical legal information, which is directly used in their work.

Participants noted a particular practical value of the knowledge and attribute this to the fact that trainings are conducted by lawyers, and their program is based on an analysis of existing legislation and the conclusions from the results of resolution of specific practical situations in the industry. In addition, training is accompanied by the required input testing to determine the level of general legal knowledge and gaps, as well as the final testing, determining the level of assimilation of the material on the subject of training.

Since 2015 attorneys of  "Inmarine" launched a series of consultations in the form of training for corporate employees in Industry of Maritime and River Transport. Currently formed program to improve legal literacy for shipping industry professionals, agents and forwarding companies, including directors for fleet operation, members of the department of agency, freight management, spike managers, operators, and other  positions. Training programs are constantly updated and supplemented with new situations and practical recommendations for their resolution. We planned new training units for the underwriters, claims settlement specialists and employees of financial institutions engaged in the financing of the fleet.

At present, formed a plan and program of training in the first six months of 2016.
