Cabotage carriage on a vessel under foreign flag

The shipowner has taken a decision to perform cabotage carriage of cars on vessel under flag of Portugal. The company has addressed us for drafting of agency agreement, for editing of carriage of goods by sea contract and for full support of process for acquiring of permission for carriage in cabotage for vessel under foreign flag. 

Our services in the case

Supporting documents have been drafted and issued for application for permission for carriage in cabotage: agency agreement with Russian company, Power of attorney, application for carriage in cabotage. Editing of carriage of goods by sea contract has been performed to eliminate risks of refusal of hand out of permission due to formal reasons. Scientific justification has been executed on why there is a necessity to perform a carriage on the route between Kaliningrad and Ust-Luga by a vessel under foreign flag. Documents of shipowner and vessel have been fully formed and arranged. Application for permission for cabotage carriage was handed in to Federal Agency of Maritime and River Transport, the original permission was received personally, the deadline for issuance has been met.
