Acceptance and delivery of cargo in port

“Petrolesport” OJSC in 2012 has changed terms of handling of Ro-Ro cargoes in port. In accordance to new order, the line / her agent is liable for cargo which has been delivered by freight forwarder, to be claimed by receiver (“Controlling party”).

Our services in the case

A new contract between an agent and Controlling party has been drafted to match the terms of “Petrolesport” OJSC contract for handling of cargo. Changes have been made to an agreement between the line and an agent as per rules of English law for compensation of expenses by shipping line.
