Producer agreement for insurance of yachts

Insurance society has received a commercial offer for promotion of insurance products in Croatia. It was necessary to organize a legal system of interactions between parties. 

Our services in the case

A producer agreement has been developed for promotion of services of marine insurance of yachts in Croatia. In this agreement an order of interactions between parties for services to yacht owners was regulated, in part which concerned issuance of insurance cover certificates, payment of premium, agency reward and settlement of damages.
