Delay in arrival of the vessel

The vessel “Kazan” (IMO 9373747) has arrived for loading with material delay, which has led to damage to perishable cargo of syrup and to breach of terms of supply contract. At the same time, shipowner has claimed for demurrage for a period, which the vessel stayed in waiting for pilotage. On arrival of vessel to discharge port of Latakia (Syria), the crew has refused to open cargo space for discharge.
