Successful obtaining permission for cabotage of the nineteen "China Communications Construction" vessels

"Rosmorrechflot" confirmed the right of the "China Communications Construction Company" to dredging in the waters of the Bolshoy Kamen Bay with nineteen vessels flying the flags of foreign countries - China, Luxembourg, Palau, Mauritius, Sierra Lyon.

The issue of the permit was preceded by three months of active legal work by Law office "Inmarine" attorneys, during which the legal examination of corporate and shipowners' documents was carried out. The vessels obtained the necessary certificates for the safety of navigation. It justified not only the legal acceptability and the vessels safety, but also the economic, technical necessity of attracting a foreign fleet to carry out dredging in cabotage. Corrective measures were also taken with regard to the basis work documents.

After studying the information and documents provided, the Federal authorities gave the go-ahead to the Chinese shipowner's vessels entering the Russian territorial waters of Bolshoy Kamen Bay, where, according to information sources, dredging works have already been launched.

For the Russian practice of implementation of marine projects, the involvement and collection of documentation at once on 19 vessels is a serious figure, however, this amount will allow the Navy to fully implement the dredging project in the Bay of Bolshoi Kamen.
