07/06/2009 in 12.15 pm a marine trading vessel had been grounded in Tarhalsen. The reason for grounding was that sailor on watch had fallen asleep on duty.
Decision
Regulatory agreement was developed in relation on insurable accident with immediate payment of 75% compensation of repairs to shipyard in Norway.

Settlement of debt which arised in relation to Client's refusal to pay for ship repair to the Builder.

The Client has refused to pay for works of repair of main engine by reason of its "overall unnecessary nature".
Decision
The vessel was arrested under maritime lien claim arised out of repair works. The claim as initiated in Arbitration court and bankruptcy procedure as well. 90% of debt was collected in a sum of 60 000 Euro.

Settlement of debt which has occurred as a result of refusal of the client to pay for repair works on the vessel.

Decision
Vessel has been arrested on the ground of maritime lien out of performance of repair works. A claim was initiated in arbitration court, bankruptcy procedure followed. 90% of debt was collected in overall amount of 60 000 EUR.

Presentation of interest of American leasing company in court and on the stage of enforcement procedures in a case about confiscation from “Imuchestvennij complex” LLC, “Assotsiasia po snosu zdanij” LLC of Caterpillar construction equipment.
Return of equipment to leasing company
By decision of Commercial court of Moscow for non-performance of duty to pay under contracts of leasing the lessee had to return leased equipment. Court’s bailiff decision was not executed voluntarily.
Decision
Search, arrest and confiscation of Caterpillar construction equipment from unlawful possession of the debtor, “Imuchestvennij complex” LLC, “Assotsiasia po snosu zdanij” LLC. Because of coordinated actions for search, safekeeping and confiscation nine units of equipment have been returned: dozers, dredgers, destroyer excavators.
